The circles around the pin may be assumed to be a radius defined by R + T/2
pi = 3.142
Circumference of a circle = 2 * pi * r

L = ( 3.142 * 2 * (0.181 + 0.0155) ) * 3 + 0.282
L = 3.98 inches

Change to #19 wire:
L = (3.142*2 *(0.181 + 0.0215))*3 + 0.282
L = 4.10 inches
